- Voluntary Consultant at Ospedale Bassini di Cinisello Balsamo and Fatebenefratelli Hospital – Milano.

Since 1998 he performed around 8000 operations on the vascular system (cerebral aneurisms coiling and stenting, AVMs’ occlusion, Carotid stenting, Aortic aneurism endoprostesis, renal artery stenitng, ect). From 2010, being co-director of “The diabetic limb salvage center” in Pavia he personally performed around 3500 operations in the field of limb salvage treating below the knee vessels; around 700 angioplasty of central veins,  catheter positioning and maintenance to guarantee vascular access and therapies for both dialytic and oncologic patients; about 1500 operations performed with endovascular method TACE, TAE, TIPS for oncologic patients, integrated with thermoablation or other minimally invasive techniques on different organs. In the last 3 years he sets up the Vein Clinic CoraVen in Milano routinely performing saphenous ablation procedures with laser, radiofrequency, cianoacrylates, M.O.C.A. ect. He also performed around 2000 operations on the hepatobiliary, urinary, osteoarticular system: drainages, gallbladder stones removal,  vertebroplasty, disc protrusions mini-invasive treatments, joint infiltration.

• June 12th 21st July 2006 - Neurosurgery Department of the State University Of New York at Buffalo Millard Fillmore Gates Hospital- observership in Endovascular lab: received training in diagnostic angiography, Interventional Endovascular procedures including carotid artery stenting, intracranial stenting, vertebral artery stenting, coiling for aneurysms, embolization for arterio-venous malformation, thrombolysis, kiphoplasty and use of mechanical devices in the management of stroke patients.

During this period also attended our “Interventional Neuroradiology Conference” in Jackson Hole from June 28th, through July 1st, 2006.
